There’s triple the excitement at Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park! We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of three adorable baby capybaras, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome these little ones to the Boulder Ridge family!
Three New Little Faces to Love
Our newest arrivals have already captured our hearts with their tiny noses, sweet faces, and curious personalities.
The triplets have been spending plenty of time close to mom, cuddling together, and exploring their surroundings. Whether they’re snuggling up for a nap or discovering something new, these three are an absolute joy to watch.
We’re excited to share their journey as they continue to grow!
Fun Facts About Capybaras
Did you know that capybaras are the largest living rodents in the world?
Native to South America, these fascinating animals are known for their calm personalities and social nature. They typically live in groups and enjoy spending time together.
Capybaras are also excellent swimmers! Their partially webbed feet help them move through the water, and they can even stay submerged for several minutes.
Baby capybaras are especially fascinating because they’re born with fur, open eyes, and the ability to walk shortly after birth.
A Special Addition to the Boulder Ridge Family
The arrival of our capybara triplets is another wonderful moment for everyone at Boulder Ridge Wild Animal Park.
Although our regular park season ended on October 11, we’re looking forward to sharing more photos and updates as these adorable little ones grow.
Thank you to everyone who visited us this season and helped welcome our newest arrivals!
