Boulder Ridge loves it when schools visit.

Included are access to the full zoo including the elevated walkthrough safari, general walking area, petting zoo, parakeet aviary, and reptile house. Our field trips have proven to be a great hands-on, educational, and entertaining experience for kids and adults alike. Be sure to bring a lunch or snack – we have a great pavilion to eat under. You should allow at least 2-3 hrs for your visit.

School Group Rates (must have 15 or more students for this rate)

• Available May 1 – June 10 & the day after Labor Day – end of the season (must have 15 or more students)
• Special group pricing June 16-September 1. Please call for price
• $9.00 Per Student.
• 1 teacher per class FREE (must have 15 or more students, does not apply for homeschool groups)
• $13.00 per adult or chaperone (must be paid in advance to teacher or person in charge and paid in one lump sum with the group. Any parent or chaperone arriving separately and paying separately will be charged a regular admission price. Memberships may NOT be used for school group visits).
• Bus driver FREE (schools arriving in bus only, does not include parent drivers with other vehicles)

For an extra cost add on an Animal Encounter for the group:

$100.00 for up to 50 people, over 50 people (including students & adults), add $2.00 more per person for the animal encounter. This consists of an up-close and hands-on experience with animals of our choice for an even more learning experience.

Feed for feeding animals is an additional cost: $2.00-$5.00.

Shopping in the gift shop would also be an additional cost.
